Aviator style

Merry Christmas, guys and gals! I can’t believe that Christmas has already come and gone. It feels like 2017 totally flew by, and I’m so sad to see the holiday season pass us by at high-speed! Good things are coming in 2018 though, I can totes feel it! And my intuition is top notch. But back to Christmas… I was lucky enough to have a ton of extra vacation days to use, so I took off last Thursday and Friday to get some r&r at home with the family leading up to the big day. Aside from that, I got to catch up with some friends over drinks, get some errands in, and detox from the hustle and bustle of NYC.

I feel like this is the season of cute coats, whether they’re furry, fluffy, oversized or multi-colored. I’ll loving the teddy bear coat trend and I’ve always been a fur gal (thanks, Mimi (my grandma), for always hooking it up and making me the most stylish kid on the block!). That being said, I’m totally diggin’ the aviator jacket trend. It’s casual, but stylish, and did I mention warm?! Done deal for those casual jean days. I got a ton of feedback on my cropped forest green aviator jacket on Instagram, and I wanted to fill you in on it! I got it from my gals at Romwe, and I’m obsessed with it. I whipped it out for the first time when I was running my (typical) last minute Christmas errands, and it was the perfect jacket for a casual, on-the-go daytime look.
