The 10-round, 45-minute fight is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring boxing skills and rills, and the other half is spent focusing on the transformative power of resistance training.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with extensive, routine boxing training I’m here to help you reach your goals – and have a little fun while doing it! I have experience coaching fitness-boxing at two premiere NYC studios, and began my journey as a group fitness instructor at a small female-owned studio with a fiercely loyal fanbase. I’m proud to work along some of the most talented trainers in the industry at Rumble, and I look forward to seeing you in class!
