Stumbled into Macbar down on Prince St. today for a quick late afternoon bite. We were wandering around in the area and noticed it from across the street. Who could possibly resist a restaurant with a menu full of different kinds of mac and cheese?! Clearly, not us. It’s a really tiny spot (only three tables) and they make each dish on the spot, so we had to wait a little for our food. Ben and I split the classic kind and it was AWESOME. It was jam packed with flavor and filled with nice, cheesey goodness beneath the baked surface. It’s definitely a quick eats kind of place, but it made a great pit stop this afternoon when we started sneaking up on hungry.
