What I wore: snake print trench

I’m not ready to let go of animal print anytime soon, and while tops, skirts, and boots are fun and all (obv speaking from experience) I was looking for a slightly different way to upgrade my wardrobe while still living life on the wild side 😏

Enter: the snake print trench.

I had been eyeing up this particular coat from Pretty Little Thing for weeks, so I was THRILLED to receive it as a Christmas gift from Ben’s mom. Thanks, Sara!

I styled it with a white turtleneck, mom jeans and Dr. Martens while we were out on the town in London. I also threw on my newspaper boy cap for the first time in months! That was one of my favorite Top Shop purchases and now that it’s basically subarctic in NYC, you’ll definitely see more of it.

I’ve also had a major turtleneck obsession lately. I feel like they look sophisticated and clean. This ones from Everlane, and it’s so comfy!! I would recommend sizing down if you snag this style, though. They stretch a bit.

While the snake print trench isn’t exactly the warmest coat I’ve ever worn, it’s certainly one of the trendiest 💁🏼‍♀️ I think I’ll get tons of use out of it when the spring temps finally arrive!
