I’ve never really been a skirt kind of girl. I went through that awful black bandaged mini skirt with sky high Steve Madden pumps phase (Ew, I know) back in my high school and early college days, but I’ve never had a love affair with skirts. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve added skirts to my online shopping carts and abandoned them because I felt like I 1) would hate wearing them and 2) would be too lazy to find a cute top to complete the look. This skirt changed my opinion, though! I saw it on Missguided and liked it so much I had to snag it! I adored the crisscross side details and the camel color. It’s a little longer than I had anticipated it to be, but I think I’ll get a lot of use out of it considering I can even wear it to work. I paired it with my American Apparel body suit to keep things easy, but I’m looking forward to playing around with it. What do you guys think?! They have so many cute skirts right now!
